2）Pre-registration Period
From Noon, Friday, May 10, 2024 to Wednesday, July 31, 2024(GMT+9)
*Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed once the capacity is reached.
*Please note that if payment is not received by Wednesday, July 31, 2024(GMT+9), your application will be cancelled.

3）Participation Fee
JPY 11,000 (including tax 10%)　* The same fee applies to accompanying person(s).

3. Payment Methods

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or Diners are accepted.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations are not accepted after registration completed. Registration fee, gala dinner participation fee, etc. are non-refundable.

5. Accommodations

We are accepting hotel reservations for the duration of the conference for all participants.
If you wish to make a hotel reservation, please proceed to the accommodation reservation page by clicking the "Registration & Accommodation" button below.
*Please note that the number of hotel rooms is very limited, and reservations will be closed once the maximum number is reached.
