We understand that the recent earthquake in Japan may have caused some concern regarding the status of this meeting, but the meeting will be held as scheduled in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Please be assured that Shiga Prefecture is not located on the coast and therefore is not at risk of tsunamis. We sincerely look forward to your participation.
